Help with TIME: A Historical Life.

My game did not resume

TIME saves after every game-changing action and keeps a previous known-good copy. Reopen the app once before starting a new life; if recovery is possible, TIME will show a recovery notice. Do not delete the app while trying to recover a dynasty.

The app says progress could not be saved

Keep the app open, make sure the iPhone has free storage, and tap Retry in the notice. If the warning remains, avoid deleting or reinstalling the app and contact support.

Report a problem

Email addisonghoff@gmail.com. Include your TIME version and build number from the bottom of the opening screen, your iPhone model and iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send your complete saved game.

Data and privacy

TIME collects limited anonymous analytics and sanitized diagnostics, without accounts, advertising, cross-app tracking, session replay, or saved-game content. Read the TIME Privacy Policy.
